The politics of personnel in the company is to form a loyal, competent work team and to develop long-term working relationship with employees so that they would live in their fields, continue improving themselves and ensure the successful work in the company.
SC „Freda“ implements employee trainings, providing them with the necessary experience for in-service training. Internal trainings are ongoing and financial support of European Union Structural funds is used. Employees have all conditions to improve and great career opportunities.
Much attention is given to occupational safety and health. Our company constantly improves working and leisure conditions.
The company currently employs 400 people. 17.8 percent of them works in SC “Freda” more than 8 years. Every year company hires new employees either. Graduates of Kaunas College and Kaunas University of Technology, who have completed furniture or wood technology courses are particularly welcome.
